Can someone please explain to me why Europeans will vacation in such odd places? I mean really, the Persian Gulf? Kenya? Sri Lanka? War zones? Mexico?
I know from my years in the travel biz, that most of them will sleep in a tent under an overpass as long as the rate is less than $50 a night, and I've never understood it.
