Alito's Record Troubles Ted Kennedy

In the first day of weeklong confirmation hearings before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Sen. Edward Kennedy, D-Mass., told Judge Samuel Alito to expect tough questioning, saying the record of the U.S. Supreme Court nominee "troubles me deeply."

What I wonder most about is what Mary Jo Kopechne would think of Judge Alito. Someone should track her down and get a comment. Oh wait...
