Has Cindy Sheehan Jumped The Shark?
The latest from Mother Sheehan: mothers who disagree with her have been brainwashed.
Murder and mayhem moms! Sheesh! Let a liberalite ramble on long enough and their true blue arrogant feelings come out. Like any zealot that feels they have the ultimate truth, Mother Sheehan really believes that we are just stupid, kool-aid drinking, zombies. Since she speaks with the absolute moral authority of a parent who has lost a child in war, we need to get with her program.
Honestly, does anyone else resent being condescended to by someone like her?
It's quite obvious now that she is using the memory of her son to further her personal political goals. I bet the other gold star moms she insulted aren't going to be feeling much compassion for Cindy or her fellow Sheehanistas. I hope Mother Sheehan gets her peacenik head handed to her on a platter by those "brainwashed" moms.
"I have been silent on the Gold Star Moms who still support [President Bush] and his war by saying that they deserve the right to their opinions because they are in as much pain as I am. I would challenge them, though, at this point to start thinking for themselves," Sheehan said.
"How can these moms who still support George Bush and his insane war in Iraq want more innocent blood shed just because their sons or daughters have been killed? I don't understand it,"Sheehan stated. "I am starting to lose a little compassion for them. I know they have been as brainwashed as the rest of America, but they know the pain and heartache and they should not wish it on another. However, I still feel their pain so acutely and pray for these continue the murder and mayhem' moms to see the light."

The fact of the matter is, Cindy Sheehan looks the same as every burned out 60's retread I saw growing up in Ca. They were usually screaming at people about something. And after a few gasses of wine their true hatred for all other people would come bubbling out. Well not complete hatred, but disdain with anybody who disagreed with them and the idea that any dissagreement with them was tantamount to being a non-human monster, seriously, the de-humanization that the liberals foist on conservatives would be recognizable to most groups that have gone under the gun, Armenians in Turkey, Jews in Eastern Europe and Germany, Tibetens etc.. The first step is to turn them into less than "us" Cindy seems well on her way, even a mother who has lost a kid doesn't get a pass from this coldhearted woman. Nice to see that my first impression of Cindy Sheehan was right on the money. I would have felt guilty if she was actually the grieving mother she pretended to be for 5 min.
