God Rest Ye, Merry Gentlemen - Jars of Clay - listen now

Okay, I like Martha's style on this show. It suits her.

Last night "the task involved dogs. Each team was to work with four celebrity dog owners to negotiate a personal experience with each of them and their dogs that would be sold at the Beneful Celebrity Dog Auction to raise money for a charity called “Broadway Barks,” which is devoted to homeless dogs and providing funds for New York animal shelters. The winning team would be the one that raised the most money."

Well, one of the teams was working with Fran Drescher (luhved hur on the Nannnieeee!) and Fran offered to auction off some bit part on her new show Living With Fran. Side note: Ryan McPartlin who plays her husband on the show is a Hotty McHotty! Anyhoo...the bit part was a huge hit - it raised $28,000! Now, this being a Broadway event, the audience was chock full o' the gays. Let me tell you, when they heard they could be on Fran's show - those bidding paddles were flying up and down faster than coke spoons at a Kate Moss photo shoot. I was so mesmerized I didn't even notice who won! But I'll definitely keep an eye out for the guest appearance.
