REPORT: U.S. TROOPS BURNED TALIBAN BODIES

Boo-Hoo, the Taliban are upset, their wittle weeligious feewings got hurted. Who gives a flip? It's a war, and in a war you do everything you can to defeat your enemy, including demoralizing them. You cannot win a war if you spend all your time and energy trying to "respect" your enemy's beliefs! Imagine refusing to bomb Tokyo during World War II because it was a Japanese national holiday?

The suspected Taliban deaths occurred during an ambush of a US patrol, in which one American and one Afghan army soldier were killed.

Neal Boortz said: "Apparently burning bodies is a desecration of the Islamic faith. Boo hoo. The point was to make the rest of the Taliban good and mad and draw them out, so the Army could shoot some more of them. A basic tactic of war."

I'd also like to point out the AP's use of the term "fighter" to describe the Taliban. That's like referring to an arsonist as a "fireman." They are terrorists you idiots. There is nothing legitimate about the terrorists or their actions. They certainly don't fall under the protections of the Geneva convention. Letting the Islamofascist terrorists veil themselves behind a treaty meant to protect the civilized nations of the world is a sure-fire way to get ourselves beaten.

Remember, we didn't start this war, but we're damn sure going to finish it.
