I've been having a wonderful
conversation with a commentor named Tom. It seems that Tom believes me to be paranoid because:
1. I doubt the veracity of so-called
"moderate" muslims (the ever silent majority in the Islamic realm.)
2. I believe that terrorism is serious, systemic problem rooted in the
violent culture of Islam.
I don't know where I could have gotten that impression?
I guess the prophet Isaiah had the right idea about liberals:
Isaiah 6:10 [Hebrew; Septuagint] 'You will be ever hearing, but never understanding; you will be ever seeing, but never perceiving.' This people's heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes.
I realize that by quoting from Judeo/Christian scripture, Tom now believes I'm a religious fundamentalist. You just can't win with libs, can you?
