Mexico Demands US Probe Fatal Border Shooting

Mexico is outranged over the following border incident. From Reuters:
MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexico demanded a U.S. investigation on Monday into the death of an undocumented Mexican shot by a U.S. Border Patrol agent as he tried to cross into California last week.

Raul Martinez, a spokesman for the U.S. Border Patrol in San Diego, confirmed that an agent had fired on a man on Friday as he tried to cross the border near San Diego, after the would-be immigrant had thrown rocks at him.

Mexico's foreign ministry named the dead man as Guillermo Martinez, 18. A human rights group said Martinez was shot on U.S. territory and then crossed back into Mexico with chest injuries and died at a Tijuana hospital the following day.
Here's your investigation Mexico: Your citizen tried to illegally cross into our country, so we shot him. Pretty clear cut isn't it? Although I don't understand why he ran back to Tiajuana? Don't those "how to cross the border" comic books the Mexican government hands out tell them to just lay there and wait for us to send them to an American hospital, treat them for free, and then release them into the general population until their "deportation" hearing? I mean really, he could have been collecting Social Security disability income! He could have qualified for educational loans, home loans, who knows what! He should have just layed there.

According to the international community, it is every human's right to throw rocks at armed soldiers.

Or do Mexicans have less rights than Palestinians?

Stupid international community.
