Europe Is Doomed
In an interview with Britain's Daily Telegraph, EU Justice and Security Commissioner Franco Frattini said the charter would encourage the media to show "prudence" when covering religion."The press will give the Muslim world the message: We are aware of the consequences of exercising the right of free expression," he told the newspaper. "We can and we are ready to self-regulate that right."

Let's face it folks, it's an old war; the West's throat at the blade of the scimitar.
The recent "Battle of Kosovo II" was only an extension of the same war. What were the battles of LePanto, Tours and the first Kosovo all about? They were vicories over the the Arabic armies seeking dominance of the West. (The last battle for Kosovo (Kosovo II) was won for the Muslims by NATO itself.) (Make a cartoon of that!) There is little difference in the significance of those battles than those of Britain, Normandy and The Bulge, where mostly democracies stopped a little corporal seeking 'lebensraum' for his true believers in mythic superiority. Look for the role of a Grand Mufti, of the al Bana group, in that era too.
Perhaps a little reading of history (not social studies), say about fifteen minutes a day progressing up to the present, would do wonders for the citizenry of the non-Arab world.
