A Little More Observation, A Lot Less Screeching Please

Bitch and moan, bitch and moan - that's all the liberals have been doing since the domestic "spying" program leaked onto the front pages. Nancy Pelosi in particular. Their constant whine has been that Congress (and by "Congress" they mean the Democrats) have not been adequately briefed (and by "not adequately briefed" they mean they haven't been allowed to splay classified information in the media for their own political advantage.) National security...pfft. Michelle Malkin calls them on their rhetoric.

Look, no one wants the government getting nosey, but all the intelligence agencies caught hell for not "connecting the dots" prior to Nine/Eleven. Now they're catching hell for trying to connect the dots. Damned if they do - damned if they don't. That doesn't sound like concern for civil rights to me, it sounds more like hack politics.

Ask yourself this: would you rather the government gather up American telephone call data or gather up American body parts?

Just one question on this post... and of course I'm with you on the contents... OK, two questions...

1) How do your gay friends react when presented with your despicable views?

2) Or do you even bother to register with them?

I'll answer you, Willwng - our Queer Conservative here doesn't give a sh*t! Well, I'm sure he's distressed, but he'll never feign agreement, never 'go along to get along'! Our boy here has uassailable integrity! But, you knew that! Go-Kevvy-Go!

Willwng, are you 'queer' as well? What's your answer to the same question? I'm curious, too! I am not gay, just conservative and a huge fan of this blog!

Kevin's got a girlfriend. Kevin's got a girlfriend.

Hey, ragin'!

Yeah I'm Q too but mostly don't care for the company of my, ah, fellow Qs. Those few I enjoy, well, with some I can be forthright, with others, not. Like every reasonable person, I choose my battles.

Trouble with most gay guys is, soon as they open their mouths you see their purses. That's not an original remark, but covers the ground. Myself I can't do the accent -- even for parody. Some of my str8 friends are really good at it though.

As for Kevvy, yeah, "unassailable integrity" would seem to be the phrase. Just knowing he's out there makes me a little stronger -- and he has quite a mouth on him don't he? But... I find some of his recent comments a bit disturbing. I mean the personal ones. I've told him (by the way I'm a newbie here) that he should start a blog where guys like us (i.e. regular guys who are gay) could air their problems. Most other gg's are limited to wardrobe, clubs and dicks -- and attendant shallow concerns. Or, even more debasing, liberal politics.

So, ragin'... what brings you to this... community... And: Go Kevvy go!

PS to Patrick: Very funny!

Y'all like me! You really, really like me!

1) Will, don't worry 'bout a thing. I didn't mean to concern anyone lately - just needed to let off some steam.

2) Red - you're the best. Thanks for the words and for listening (and reading)! I like someone who appreciates a non-subtle approach. We need more blunt and less nuance these days don't we?

3) Patrick - shut up, you're just jealous :-)

Stonecipher writes: "I'm stupid when it comes to matters of the heart."

(I don't know how else / where else to comment on this -- wish the blog format allowed more latitude, then again, the blog belongs to you...)

Anyway... it would appear you've been heartbroken recently. That's not good, BUT, I have to think you just don't get it. Looking at your pics and judging by your liveliness, you're the one supposed to do the heartbreaking, not the other way 'round.

Get with the program willya?

Thanks Will!

Oh, and believe me...I'm fully capable of breaking a heart - mostly because I'm stupid in such matters.

My recent one just hurt particularly badly, and left me a little discomboulated. I'm much better though and a little smarter, and a little tougher. So I'll live :-)
