Boo Hoo Hoo For Poor Johnny "Turncoat"

Tom Junod wrote a masturbatory love sonnet to Johnny Walker-Lindh in the current edition of Esquire. You remember Lindh, the traitor who fought with the Taliban against his own country? Try to read the whole thing if you can, but I warn you, you'll be nauseated by the third "Peace be upon him."

I doubt Junod could be bothered to profile actual patriotic Americans like Pfc. Kristian Menchaca, 23, of Houston, and Pfc. Thomas L. Tucker, 25, of Madras, Oregon who gave their lives fighting for their country. Nor will he speak of the sacrifice made by Johnny Michael Spann, the slain CIA officer and former Marine Corps artillery specialist who interrogated Lindh in Afghanistan before being killed in a Taliban prison revolt where Lindh was captured. Instead, Junod will probably be dry humping this guy next.

ht: Michelle Malkin who reminds you to spare your tears for Americans who deserve it.
