The little booger went and did it, but let's not dare act surprised. The last time the Bush administration talked seriously about North Korea was when it was included in the Axis of Evil. Since then the policy has been ignore, ignore, ignore. Now we can look forward to a nuclear armed Japan and possibly Taiwan. Who could blame either of them? The two nations that could have done something about Kim Jong Il a long time ago - China and the United States - have dragged their heels one day too many, now they're scrambling for a response along with the United Nations. This outta be good.
