A Failure Of Human Understanding

Not ours, though. It's Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick who has failed to understand the enemy we face. The enemy who is, I'm sure chuckling heartily at his silly naivete. Oh yes, there's a failure of human understanding, and Governor Patrick is the prime example. From the Michael Graham writing in the Boston Herald:
In his 9/11 commemoration speech, Patrick observed that while the attack on the World Trade Center was “mean and nasty,” (that’s telling ’em, Deval!) the real tragedy of six years ago was the “failure of human understanding.” Yes, 9/11 was, Patrick said “a failure of human beings to understand each other, to learn to love each other.” [...]

I’m still unclear what it is Patrick wants us to understand about the radical Muslims who want to kill us. But thanks to liberals like Patrick and MoveOn.org, the terrorists understand America.

All too well.

Unfortunately he has a lot of company back there on September 10th.
