McKinney The High And Haughty

U. S. Capitol Police Chief Terrance Gainer said Wednesday that Rep. Cynthia McKinney turned an officer's failure to recognize her into a criminal matter when she failed to stop at his request, and then struck him.Well said Chief Gainer. Unfortunately your words will have no impact since their intended subject is a batshit insane racist, black, female member of Congress: Cynthia McKinney.
"He reached out and grabbed her and she turned around and hit him," Gainer said on CNN. "Even the high and the haughty should be able to stop and say, 'I'm a congressman' and then everybody moves on."
As a resident of Fourth Congressional District of Georgia I will be voting in the Democratic Primary for one reason and one reason only: to help Hank Johnson win the Democratic nomination over

What a disaster this has become! And by your own lack of emotional control. They say under pressure and scrutiny the stupid will shine and the calm and the wise will win.
I was so impressed at the Sundance film festival to see you speak at the premiere showing of "American Balckout". We had the privelage of listening to you in person and admired the way you presented the plight of voters in both Florida and Georgia. You seemed to stand for a good cause, and a righteous determination to be the elected "voice" for democratics everywhere. We sat next to the two solidiers from Iraq who were also in a Sundance film and were so honored to be in their presence. Especially the 20 year old with his right hand missing.
This morning as I was watching you on CNN with Solidad. I was APPALLED by your behavior and UNPROFESSIONAL responses. Your responses were too carefully constructed and NOT ONCE did you answer her questions without preconstructed rhetoric. Where is the open, candid person we met at Sundance. You came through the television as a total fraud and THUG. You know you made a mistake and are in deep trouble. You will probably lose your seat.
How could any person elected to a representational position by your supporters allow themselves to get to a point of confrontation that would lead to this much trouble. CONTROL YOURSELF! When did you give yourself permission to do the unthinkable....and strike and officer of the law....even if he didn't recongnise you! Even if you sensed some kind of discrimination? Was it his fault that you forgot your pin?!
As average American citizens, we know that everytime we travel through airport security, we are going to get stopped because of surgical metal pins in our legs. Everytime we travel abroad we know we will get stopped more often because we are Americans. BUT WE REMAIN CALM....because we are being kept safe and represent our country. There is a better way to fight.
You have made a huge mistake and the true colors of your nature are now revealed. You are an angry woman with NO CLASS. If you had answered Solidad's questions directly and honestly, WITHOUT BEING HANDLED, you might have stood a chance. Please step down and let someone with grace, dignity and inteligence represent your supporters.

Odd... ran across this blog just three days ago, when searching for info on Gillette vs. Schick razors -- long story -- and was totally boffed by your personal sketch and by the few entries I had time to read. Also I noted you lived in Atlanta.

It really doesn't have to be Hank, he's just convenient and a Democrat. No sense in supporting a Republican in the 4th District when the only goal is to ditch McKinney.
I'd vote for a pile of rotting fish before I'd vote for McKinney.
The Congresswoman seems to epitomize a throw-back to a less enlightened era which she misses. I doubt her agenda are either black or female; they're Cynthia.
I'd love to read that th officer was gay, but that would be too much.

Baby steps, one thing at a time. I just hope enough people in the 4th feel the same as you. . . She's embarrassing the rest of the state with her idiocy, and we didn't have and won't have a chance to vote against her. Every time I hear or read her name and "Georgia" behind or before it, I cringe.
