The Moonbats Rove Reactions
Posted by CheChe at DailyKos:
I don't think I've ever seen such a look of misery and dejection on the face of my daughter as I just did a moment ago. She just couldn't understand why the President would be going to Iraq when so many things are wrong in this country. "Doesn’t Mr. Bush care about us anymore?" she asked pitifully.Posted by MakeChessNotWar at DailyKos:
I sat down with her on the sofa and (as calmly as I could) tried to explain to her why the President seems to be abandoning his country. "Honey, I think his boss, Mr. Rove, sent Mr. Bush out of the country in order to keep himself out of the newspapers. You see, he wasn’t sure if he was going to be arrested today or not, and so he planned Mr. Bush’s trip ahead of time just in case...”
I tried to keep my voice steady, but it became increasingly difficult - the rage and feelings of helplessness were just too much. I think my daughter could tell something was wrong. I found myself at such a loss for words - nothing made any sense; nothing makes sense anymore. I finally had to admit, "Honey, I just don't know - I don't know what's going on in this country anymore..."
When I finished her lower lip started to tremble and her eyes began to fill with tears, "Daddy" she said, "why are the Republicans doing this to the country?" Well, that was it for me: I finally fell apart. She just fell into my arms and we both began sobbing for several minutes.
For once she had to comfort me and get me back on my feet. Sometimes I just think it's too much, but seeing the strength in my young daughter's voice helped me to get through.
[ed. note: This one is most likely an exercise in creative writing. It's still funny to think of some bleeding heart out there reading it and weeping for the poor confused child...because you just know it's happening somehwere.]
Karl Rove, the lump of coal that sits in place of the heart of the GOP, has won again. Indeed, this week seems full of vitories for the GOP and defeats for the good guys. This is only to be expected in a corrupt system that has replaced any semblence of democracy.Posted by Mandate My Ass at Democratic Underground:
My theory is that if Rove will truly not be indicted on anything, lying to feds, lying to grand jury, obstruction, it would most likely be because he gave up a bigger fish, none other than Darth Cheney. I hope - I hope - I hope - Ihope.Posted by Bigflea at the Huffington Post:
Don't worry he is still guilty in your mind. Rove is actually walking around working on elections. But in an awake moonbats mind Rove is guilty.Posted by bostonkweerindallas at the Huffington Post:
This is great news for the white trash assholes who still think this government is doing a helluva job. Dance your victory dance today. Keep up your white trash adulation of Rush and Ann Coulter. Enjoy the party.More to come...
At some point down the road there will be a nasty revolution when the masses begn to realize that us faggots and our marriage rights don't really mean much when the GOP has turned us into a total fascist state.
Enjoy the celebration today, Koolaid drinkers. But the party won't last forever. And this very evil man, Mr Rove, will one day get his reward.
